摘要
目前,煤矿施工普遍采用螺旋钻进技术解决松软突出煤层瓦斯抽采问题。与螺旋钻杆相配套的打捞工具很少,研制一种煤矿用螺旋钻杆打捞工具具有重要的现实意义。从煤矿施工螺旋钻杆打捞工具原理出发,结合现有煤矿用打捞工具的缺点,优选加工材料,采用Mapgis对打捞工具的结构进行模拟优化,确保综合机械性能良好。最后,通过对打捞工具的现场试验,成功打捞出落鱼,为矿方减少了经济损失。
At present, spiral drilling technology is widely used in coal mine construction to solve the problem of soft outburst coal seam gas extraction. There are few fishing tools matching with spiral drill pipe. It is of great practical significance to develop a kind of spiral drill pipe fishing tool for coal mine.Based on the principle of screw drilling rod fishing tool for coal mine construction,combined with the shortcomings of existing fishing tools for coal mine,the processing materials were optimized. The structure of fishing tool was simulated and optimized by Mapgis to ensure good comprehensive mechanical performance. Finally,through the field test of fishing tools,the falling fish is successfully retrieved,which reduces the economic loss for the mining side.
