摘要
锁罐装置是超深超大矿井提升系统不可或缺的装备。针对锁罐装置液压系统存在的效率低、能耗大及液压元件选型不合理等问题进行改进设计。改进后的液压系统可实现工作效率高、节能降耗,能够保证锁罐装置安全高效工作,进而保证超深超大矿井整个提升系统安全运行,具有良好的经济效益。
Tank-locking device is an indispensable equipment in ultra-large and ultra-deep hoisting system. Aimed at the problems of inefficiency,high energy consumption and unreasonable selection of hydraulic component in the hydraulic system of the tank-locking device,the improvement design was carried out. The improved hydraulic system will raise the efficiency of the hydraulic component, and reduce the energy consumption to ensure a safe and efficient performance of tank-locking device.Therefore, it allows a safer operation of the ultra-large and ultra-deep hoisting system. It brings a considerable economic benefit.
