摘要
基于动力学理论和有限元方法,建立了带旋转导向钻井工具BHA的纵向振动动力学模型,对纵向振动固有频率和振动模态进行了分析。探讨了钻压、结构参数等对BHA纵向振动的影响。结果表明:单稳定器时稳定器与钻头间距对钻具组合结构的固有频率影响较小,双稳定器时稳定器的间距对固有频率的影响显著;纵向振幅随钻压增加明显增大。
Based on dynamic theory and finite element method, a dynamic model of longitudinal vibration with rotary steering drilling tool BHA was established. The natural frequencies and vibration modes of longitudinal vibration were analyzed. The effects of drilling pressure and structural parameters on the longitudinal vibration of BHA were discussed. The results show that the spacing between the stabilizer and the bit has little effect on the natural frequency of the BHA structure when the single stabilizer was used, while the spacing between the stabilizer and the double stabilizer has a significant effect on the natural frequency, and the longitudinal amplitude increases obviously with the increase of the drilling pressure.
