摘要
目的通过处方点评探讨儿童口腔科抗菌药物的规范使用。方法随机抽取某儿童专科医院口腔科2018年3月份使用的抗菌药物处方395张,从临床诊断、抗菌药物种类、抗菌药物联合使用情况、抗菌药物使用疗程等几个方面进行分析。结果395张抗菌药物处方中,临床诊断书写不规范处方24张,占6.08%;抗菌药物使用品种均为非限制使用级品种,其中三代头孢菌素类211张,占53.42%;抗菌药物给药途径以口服为主(346张,占87.59%);395张处方中抗菌药物均为单一用药。结论该院口腔科抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但在抗菌药物的遴选和给药剂量方面仍有不足之处,故仍需继续加强监督该科室抗菌药物的使用情况,促进抗菌药物的规范使用。
Objective Through the prescription review,to explore the standardized use of antibacterial drugs in children’s stomatology.Methods A total of 395 antibiotic prescriptions were issued in the Department of Stomatology of a children’s specialist hospital in March 2018.From the clinical diagnosis,the types of antibacterial drugs,the combined use of antibacterial drugs,the use of antibiotics and other aspects of the analysis.Results Among the 395 antibiotic prescriptions,24 were not standardized in clinical diagnosis,accounting for 6.08%.The varieties of antibacterial drugs are non-restricted use grades,of which 211 are third-generation cephalosporins,accounting for 53.42%.The route of administration of antibacterial drugs is mainly oral(346 sheets,accounting for 87.59%).The antibiotics in the 395 prescriptions were all single.Conclusion The use of antibiotics in the dental department of the hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still some shortcomings in the selection and dosage of antibacterial drugs.Therefore,it is still necessary to continue to strengthen the supervision of the use of antibacterial drugs in this department and promote the standardized use of antibacterial drugs.
