摘要
在职培训为教师的可持续发展充当着补给站的作用。通过对湖南省3所高职院校教师在职培训现状进行调查发现,目前高职院校教师在职培训存在培训目标机械、单一,培训内容偏重理论知识,教师主体地位被忽视,教师体验感有待增强,培训周期缺乏连贯性和周期性等问题。优化高职院校教师在职培训需要实现培训目标多元化,培训内容兼顾理论和实践,激发和尊重培训主体的体验感,合理规划培训时间。
On-the-job training plays an important role in teachers’ sustainable development. Through the investigation on situation of on-the-job training of teachers from three higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, it is found that at present there are some problems in the on-the-job training of higher vocational college teachers, such as the training target being mechanical and single, training content laying particular stress on theoretical knowledge, dominant status of teachers being neglected, teachers’ positive experience remaining to be improved, and training cycle lacking of coherence and periodicity, etc. Therefore, in order to optimize the on-the-job training of teachers in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to realize the diversification of training objectives, give consideration to both theory and practice, stimulate and respect the experience of the training subject, and plan the training time soundly.
