摘要
过敏性紫癜患者多临床表现轻微,但有时也伴随全身广泛的多脏器血管受损,甚至内脏大出血,导致急性失血性休克或呼吸道阻塞等危及生命。现报道我科收治的2例过敏性紫癜伴内脏大出血病例,分析可能的发生机制,为临床的早期诊断和治疗提供借鉴。
Most patients with Henoch-SchOnlein purpura have mild clinical manifestations,but sometimes may be accompanied by extensive systemic vascular damage of multiple organs,or even visceral hemorrhage,leading to life-threatening acute hemorrhagic shock or respiratory obstruction.Herein,two cases of Henoch-Schonlein purpura with visceral hemorrhage in our department were reported,and the possible pathological mechanism was analyzed,so as to provide references for early diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
