摘要
对某公司精对苯二甲酸(PTA)装置内153台安全阀近两年的离线校验、维修情况进行总结后发现,其维修率每年分别高达56.8%和63.4%。结合PTA装置的腐蚀机理和安全阀实际使用工况,对PTA装置安全阀的典型失效形式进行了分析,并对含醋酸、高温蒸汽和冷却水等典型介质的安全阀进行了风险评估。根据风险评估结果制定了相应的校验周期,同时针对不同的安全阀失效形式提出了相应的预防措施。
After summarizing the offline verification and maintenance of 153 safety valves in a company’s PTA unit for nearly two years, the maintenance rate was as high as 56.8% and 63.4% respectively. Combined with the corrosion mechanism of the PTA device and the actual working conditions of the safety valve, the typical failure mode of the PTA device safety valve was analyzed, and the safety valve of the typical medium containing acetic acid, high temperature steam and cooling water was evaluated. According to the risk assessment results, the corresponding verification cycle was established, and corresponding preventive measures were proposed for different safety valve failure modes.
