摘要
为确保存在初始缺陷的高桩承台塔式起重机基础安全使用,根据某塔式起重机基础下部钢格构柱的实际偏位,建立高桩承台塔式起重机基础的整体有限元模型,分析4种工况下塔式起重机基础的受力性能,结果显示塔式起重机基础在使用过程中的应力和变形均在安全范围内。在此基础上,设计了高桩承台塔式起重机基础的施工监控系统,进行塔式起重机使用全过程的应力和变形监控,结果显示使用过程中应变和变形均呈规律性变化,塔式起重机基础处于安全状态。
In order to ensure the safe use of the tower crane foundation with initial defects,according to the actual deviation of the steel lattice column at the lower part of the tower crane foundation,an integral finite element model of the tower crane foundation with high pile cap is established.The mechanical properties of the tower crane foundation under four working conditions are analyzed.The results show that the stress and deformation of the tower crane foundation arein the scope of safety.On this basis,the construction monitoring system of tower crane foundation with high pile cap is designed,and the stress and deformation of tower crane are monitored during the whole operation process.The results show that the strain and deformation of tower crane foundation change regularly,that is,the tower crane foundation is in a safe state.
