摘要
大型工程中,物资管理部门针对高质量管理,物资采购量大,材料品质及环境要求严等难点,优化物资管理方案,整合可用资源,制订管理标准,简化了工作流程,提高了工作效率,取得了良好的效果。
Considering the hight quality management,large quantity of materials to be purchased,strict requirement form aterial quality and environment in extra-large key project,the material management department optimized the material management scheme and integrated available resources to establish the management standard,successfully simplifying the work flow,improving work efficiency and realizing favorable effect.
