摘要
砂岩储层酸化的常规土酸体系存在与矿物反应速度快、酸化液的有效距离短和容易产生二次沉淀等问题。论文研制出一种注水井用复合多氢酸酸液体系,考察了其溶蚀性能、静态腐蚀性以及分散和防垢性能。与现有的多氢酸酸液体系相比,其反应速度慢,溶解能力强,且具有良好的防垢性能和分散性能。室内实验及现场应用表明,注水井用复合多氢酸液体系性能优越,可明显提高酸化效果。
The conventional soy-acid system of sandstone reservoir acidification has some problems,such as fast reaction rate with mineral,short effective distance of acidizing liquid and easy secondary precipitation.In this paper,a compound polyhydrogen acid acid system for water injection well was developed.Compared with the existing polyhydrogen acid solution system,the reaction speed is slow,the solubility is strong,and has good anti-scale and dispersion properties.Laboratory experiments and field applications show that the compound polyhydrogen acid system for injection Wells has superior performance and can significantly improve the acidification effect.
