摘要
采集上饶市某垃圾填埋场渗滤液为研究对象,进行了烧杯混凝实验,分别考察了混凝剂种类、投药量、pH、沉降时间、助凝剂对混凝效果的影响。结果表明,在结晶氯化铝、硫酸铝、三氯化铁、聚合氯化铝(Poly Aluminium Chloride,PAC)中,PAC为该渗滤液预处理最适混凝剂。其最佳操作条件为:初始pH值为6.0、投药量为1.0 g/L、沉降时间30 min,此时,COD、TP和NH 3-N去除率分别为44.10%、93.42%和36.41%,此外,聚丙烯酰胺(Polyacrylamide,PAM)的加入能在一定程度上提高混凝效果。
The pilot-scale experiments were conducted to investigate treatment performance of landfill leachate from Shangrao by coagulation.The affecting factors of coagulant type,dosage of coagulant,initial pH value and settling time on removal efficiency were investigated.The results showed that polyaluminium chloride was the best coagulant among the crystallization of aluminum chloride,aluminum sulfate,ferric chloride and polyaluminium chloride.The optimal operating conditions were as follows:initial pH of 6,dosage of 1.0 g/L,settling time of 30 minutes.Under these conditions,the removal rates of COD,TP and NH 3-N reached 44.10%,93.42%and 36.41%,respectively.Meanwhile,the addition of PAM can improve the coagulation effect significantly.
