特厚煤层综放工作面沿空掘巷围岩控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了控制特厚煤层沿空掘巷围岩变形,保证巷道服务期间安全稳定,结合马道头煤矿8211工作面5211回风巷地质条件,分析了留小煤柱沿空掘巷围岩变形特点,并提出相应的沿空巷道顶板及煤柱控制方案。试验表明,采用"锚索-槽钢组合支护+帮部高强锚索支护"的联合支护技术后,沿空掘巷围岩变形得到有效控制,保证了巷道围岩稳定。 In order to control the deformation of surrounding rock of gob-side roadway in extra-thick coal seam and ensure the safety and stability of roadway during service period,combined with the geological conditions of the 5211 return-air roadway in the 8211working face of Madaotou Coal Mine,the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of gob-side roadway with small coal pillars are analyzed,and the corresponding control schemes of roof and coal pillars of gob-side roadway are put forward.The underground test shows that the combined support technology of“anchor cable-channel steel combined support+high-strength anchor cable support”can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of gobside driving roadway and ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of roadway.
