综采工作面回风巷支护方案研究与应用

摘要 以莒山矿f3201工作面回风巷道为工程背景,通过基于数值模拟的系统分析法,综合考虑各种影响因素,给出了巷道具体支护方案。现场监测了采动影响下巷道超前压力、围岩变形量、变形速度及锚杆受力情况。实践表明,所确定的巷道支护方案合理,锚杆支护有效,可以满足工作面回风及辅助运输要求。 Based on the engineering background of the air return roadway in f3201 working face of Jushan Mine,through the system analysis method based on the numerical simulation,considering all kinds of influencing factors,the specific supporting scheme of the roadway is given.The advance pressure,surrounding rock deformation,deformation speed and bolt stress under the influence of mining are monitored.The practice shows that the determined roadway support scheme is reasonable and the bolt support is effective,which can meet the requirements of working face return air and auxiliary transportation.
