摘要
耐候钢具有全寿命周期成本低和环境友好等特点,近年来受到桥梁建设者的广泛关注。在总结国内耐候钢在桥梁中应用情况的基础上,归纳并对比了耐候钢桥考虑全寿命设计周期的经济效益。通过调研近年来国内关于耐候钢的研究成果,认为耐候钢桥仍需要在锈层稳定技术、耐候钢接头腐蚀性能、耐候钢腐蚀疲劳研究等方面进行技术积累,建议重视耐候钢桥基础性研究,确定环境指标与耐候钢型号的关系,从而为设计、制造和养护标准的制订提供技术支撑。
The weathering steel bridges have attracted the attention of bridge builders in recent years due to its relatively low life cycle cost and environmental friendliness.On the basis of summarizing the application of weathering steel bridges in China,the economic benefits of weathering steel considering the period of life-cycle design were summarized and compared.By investigating the research on weathering steel in China,the results showed that technology accumulation was still needed,such as rust layer stabilization technology,corrosion resistance of weathering steel joints and corrosion fatigue of weathering steel,and so on.It was suggested that attention should be paid to the basic research of weathering steel,and the relationship between environmental factors and weathering steel types,in order to provide technical support for formulating the standands of the design,manufacturing and maintance.
