摘要
目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后疼痛及功能恢复的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年5月收治的经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组患者给予传统椎间孔入路方式治疗,观察组患者给予椎板间入路方式治疗。比较两组手术前后的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)评分。结果术后1 d、1个月、4个月、7个月及1年,观察组患者的VAS评分、CODI评分均显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论经皮椎间孔镜椎板间入路方式治疗椎间盘突出症可有效改善患者的腰椎功能,减轻其疼痛程度,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the effects of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy technique on the postoperative pain and functional recovery of patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy technique in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional transforaminal approach, and the observation group was treated with inter-laminar space approach. Before and after surgery, the pain visual analog scale(VAS) score and Chinese Oswestry dysfunction index(CODI) score were compared between two groups. Results One day, one month, four months, seven months and one year after surgery, the VAS score and CODI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopy with inter-laminar space approach for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has significant efficacy, which can effectively improve the lumbar function, and reduce the pain degree of patients.
