两种硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫正高度近视的效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价两种硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫正高度近视的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2018年12月于我院就诊的57例(106只眼)高度近视患者的临床资料,包括高度近视组(-6.745^-9.995 DS) 71只眼,超高度近视组(-10^-16.37 DS) 35只眼。将高度近视组分为A1组(n=35)和A2组(n=36),超高度近视组分为B1组(n=17)和B2组(n=18)。A1组及B1组采用菲士康硬性透气性角膜接触镜进行视力矫正,A2组及B2组采用美尼康硬性透气性角膜接触镜进行视力矫正。比较A1组vs. A2组、B1组vs. B2组的矫正效果、戴镜舒适度、并发症。结果 A1组的视力矫正效果优于A2组,B1组的视力矫正效果优于B2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。佩戴期间各组均未出现严重不适及并发症。结论与美尼康硬性透气性角膜接触镜相比,菲士康硬性透气性角膜接触镜矫正高度近视的效果更佳。 Objective To evaluate the effects of two kinds of rigid gas permeable contact lens(RGPCL) for correction of high myopia. Methods The clinical data of 57 patients(106 eyes) with high myopia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December2018 were analyzed retrospectively, including 71 eyes in high myopia group(-6.745 ~ 9.995 DS) and 35 eyes in ultra high myopia group(-10 ~16.37 DS). The high myopia group was divided into group A1(n = 35) and group A2(n = 36), and the ultra high myopia group was divided into group B1(n = 17) and group B2(n = 18). In group A1 and B1, the vision was corrected by Freshkon RGPCL;In group A2 and B2, the vision was corrected by Menicon RGPCL. The correction effects, comfort of wearing lens and complications were compared between group A1 vs. A2 and group B1 vs. B2. Results The effect of visual correction in group A1 was better than that in group A2(P<0.05). The effect of visual correction in group B1 was better than that in group B2(P<0.05). No serious discomfort and complications occurred during wearing in all groups. Conclusions Compared with Menicon RGPCL, Freshkon RGPCL has better effect for correction of high myopia.
