摘要
目的了解丽水地区女性不同年龄段人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的感染状况,为丽水地区女性宫颈癌的防治提供科学的依据。方法选择2017年1月-2018年8月在丽水市人民医院妇科门诊就诊及体检中心体检的17 983例女性作为研究对象,通过DNA杂交技术检测宫颈脱落细胞的HPV基因亚型,并对HPV感染情况及基因亚型进行统计分析。结果参与研究的17 983例女性中,HPV阳性占25.02%,确定高危型占20.40%,可能高危型占1.01%,确定低危型占3.60%。单一感染占17.72%,双重感染占5.19%,多重感染占2.11%。单一感染以HPV52、HPV58和HPV16较为常见,其中HPV52以40岁-49岁为高发年龄段(32.45%),而HPV58和HPV16分别为50岁-59岁(38.05%)和30岁-39岁(29.39%)。HPV感染的各年龄组中以70岁-79岁(41.03%)的检出率最高,其次为60岁-69岁和≥80岁。结论通过分析21种HPV基因亚型在丽水地区女性不同年龄段中分布,为丽水地区女性宫颈癌的防治提供可靠的流行病学依据及科学的临床指导。
Objective To understand the infection status of human papillomavirus(HPV) in different age groups in Lishui, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer in women in Lishui. Methods A total of 17 983 women from gynecological clinics and health examination in our hospital were selected from January 2017 to August 2018. The HPV infection and the genotypes were analyzed after detecting HPV subtype by DNA hybridization technique. Results Among the 17 983 adult women who participated in the study, its positive infection rate was 25.02%. The infection rate for established high-risk type, probably high-risk type, and established low-risk type was 20.40%, 1.01%, and 3.60%. The infection rate for single type infections, double type infections, and multiple HPV type infections was respectively 17.72%, 5.19%, and 2.11%. HPV52, HPV58 and HPV16 were the common subtypes of HPV infection in single type infections. HPV52 infection of 40-49 years old was highest, while 50-59 years old for HPV58 and 30-39 years old for HPV16. Among all age groups with HPV infection, the infection rate of 70-79 years old(41.03%) was highest, followed by 60-69 years old and ≥80 years old. Conclusion The results of the current study provide a reliable epidemiological basis and scientific clinical guidance for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer by analyzing the distribution of 21 HPV genotypes in the different age of adult women in Lishui.
