摘要
为分析组合密封结构密封性能,对其密封状态下应力进行仿真研究。通过静态压缩实验获取橡胶材料和聚四氟乙烯材料力学性能;建立组合密封圈的有限元模型,研究了预压缩率、侧向油压和作动器运动方向对橡胶O形圈密封性能的影响;进一步分析了运动方向对斯特封密封性能的影响。研究表明,密封圈应力与压缩率、油压成正比,运动方向对O形圈应力有影响,运动方向对斯特封应力影响较小。
To analyze the sealing performance of the combined sealing structure,the stress in the sealed state is simulated.The mechanical properties of rubber materials and PTFE materials are obtained by static compression experiments.The finite element model of combined sealing ring(O-rings and stepseals)is established.The effect of the pre-compression ratio,lateral oil pressure and actuator movement direction on the sealing performance of the rubber O-ring is studied and the influence of the direction of the motion on the sealing performance of the stepseals is further analyzed.The research result shows that the stress of the sealing ring is proportional to the compression ratio and the oil pressure.The direction of the motion has an effect on the O-ring stress,and little effect on the stepseals.
