摘要
基于有限元方法对秸秆连续炭化装置的关键螺旋结构部件进行分析,结果显示各螺旋结构工作时满足强度和刚度要求,过滤后螺旋叶片的厚度为8 mm时最优。对进料螺杆进行的前6阶振型模态分析结果显示,进料螺杆在工作时不会发生共振,满足使用要求。
Based on the finite element method,this paper makes a study of the key helical structure part of straw continuous carbonization device.The results show that these key components meet the strength and stiffness requirements of its operation,and the optimal thickness of the spiral the blade after filter is 8mm,its comprehensive performance is best.The results of the first six mode modal analysis of the feed screw show that the resonance does not occur in the operation of the feed screw.It meets the use requirement.
