摘要
目的:观察瑶医脐药疗法在产妇产后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取顺产产妇204例及剖腹产产妇183例作为研究。随机分为正常分娩对照组和观察组,剖腹产对照组和观察组。正常分娩观察组114例,正常分娩对照组90例;剖腹产观察组92例,剖腹产对照组91例。对照组均接受常规护理,观察组除常规护理外,还采取瑶医脐疗干预,对比两组产妇产后康复情况。结果:通过对比产后7天宫底高度、恶露总量、血性恶露持续时间及泌乳量等指标发现,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医脐药疗法对产后产妇康复有促进作用。
Objective Toobserve the application effect of yao medicine on postpartum rehabilitation of parturient women. Methods 204 women with natural birth and 183 women with caesarean section were randomly selected as a research.They were randomly double-blind divided into two groups: normal delivery control group and observation group,c-section control group and observation group.Normal delivery observation group 114 cases,normal delivery control group 90 cases;There were 92 cases in the observation group and 91 cases in the control group.The control group received routine nursing, the observation group in addition to receiving routine nursing,but also use Yao medicine to intervent,comparing the two groups of puerpera recovery. Results The observation group was better than the control group ( P<0.05 ), and the treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Yao Medicine umbilical therapy can promote the recovery of postpartum parturients.
