摘要
针对天然气输气行业普遍忽视安全仪表系统(SIS)完整性管理的问题,简要介绍安全功能安全完整性等级(SIL)验证的原理和方法,结合某天然气压气站紧急停车系统(ESD),使用可靠性框图(RBD)的方法,对某安全功能回路开展了SIL验证。结果显示,判定该安全回路的完整性等级为SIL1,不满足相关标准和设计要求。针对不满足要求的原因进行分析,提出改进SIL的有效措施:改进执行器的冗余配置,改进功能测试周期,改进设备选型。该计算方法和实例,可为相关工艺场站开展安全仪表系统的完整性管理提供参考。
In view of the problem of SIS system integrity management that is generally ignored by the natural gas transmission industry,the principle and method of safety function SIL level verification are briefly introduced.Combined with the emergency shutdown system of a natural gas compressor station,the Reliability Block Diagram(RBD)is used to conduct SIL level verification on a safety function loop.The results show that the integrity level of the safety loop is determined to be SIL1,which does not meet relevant standards and design requirements.The reasons for not meeting the requirements are analyzed,and effective measures to improve the SIL level are proposed,namely to improve redundancy configuration of actuator,period of function test and type selection of equipment.The calculation methods and examples can provide reference for the integrity management of safety instrumented systems in relevant process stations.
