摘要
目的分析微型支抗种植体联合片段弓压低伸长上颌磨牙纠正磨牙正锁■的临床意义。方法从2016年2月至2018年6月该院收治患者中,采用数字随机抽取方式选取10例上颌后牙颊向错位及单侧后牙正锁■ 的患者,采用植入微型支抗种植体联合片段弓治疗,展开上颌磨牙压低以矫正单侧后牙正锁■,分析该治疗方法的临床应用价值。结果10例患者的治疗周期为(6.5±1.2)个月,治疗前后伸长磨牙与腭平面之间的距离分别为(31.5±1.1)、(28.0±0.8)mm,压低效果明显,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型支抗种植体能有效压低伸长的上颌磨牙矫正单侧后牙正锁■,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical significance of mini-implant anchorage combined with segmented arch for depressing hyper-erupted maxillary molar to correct molar positive occlusion.Methods Ten patients with maxillary posterior teeth buccal dislocation and positive occlusion of unilateral posterior teeth in the hospital from February 2016 to June 2018 were selected and adopted the treatment method of mini-implant anchorage combined with segmented arch to depress the maxillary molar was performed for correcting the positive occlusion of unilateral posterior tooth.Its clinical application value was analyzed.Results The treatment cycle in10 cases was(6.5±1.2)months.The distances from hyper-erupted molar to palatal plane before and after treatment were(31.5±1.1)mm and(28.0±0.8)mm respectively.The depression effect was significant,and the difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The mini-implant anchorage can effectively depress the hyper-erupted maxillary molar for correcting the positive occlusion of unilateral posterior tooth,which is worthy of being promoted and applied.
