摘要
目的:观察黛力新在胃食管反流病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月至2019年2月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的胃食管反流病合并睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用埃索美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黛力新治疗。比较2组治疗前后的睡眠质量(PSQI评分)、RDQ症状评分及睡眠障碍、反流症状治疗效果。结果:2组治疗前的PSQI评分及RDQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的PSQI评分及RDQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的睡眠障碍及反流症状治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黛力新在胃食管反流病合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果较好,可改善睡眠情况,临床应用及推广价值极高。
Objective:To observe the effect of dioxin in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with sleep disorder.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease combined with sleep disorders admitted to the first affiliated quanzhou hospital of fujian medical university from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,and the observation group was treated with dailixin on the basis of the control group.Sleep quality(PSQI score),RDQ symptom score,sleep disturbance and reflux symptom were compared before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in PSQI and RDQ between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI and RDQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).The total effective rate of sleep disorders and reflux symptoms in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dailixin has a good effect in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease combined with sleep disorders,which can improve the sleep situation.
