摘要
以某钢厂水处理为背景,分析了水处理工艺流程,根据现场设备及控制对象特点,设计了一套基于PLC和InTouch的水处理监控系统。实现了对设备运行的自动控制、过程参数的采集与监控、数据的分析与处理。
Through taking the water treatment in a steel mill as a background,the process of the water treatment was analyzed and through considering the characteristics of the field equipment and control objects,a PLC and InTouch-based water treatment monitoring system was designed to realize auto-control of the equipment operation,and the collection and monitoring of process parameters as well as the analysis and processing of data.
