摘要
通过对炭基催化法烟气脱硫脱硝系统运行条件的分析,考察了高温、高粉尘含量、高水分、高腐蚀性等不利因素对解析气体管道阀门稳定运行的影响。得出:V型球阀适于解析气体管道多粉尘及容易产生粉尘黏结的环境,有利于管道系统的流量调节;抗磨损、腐蚀以及高温氧化的硬质合金适用于阀门的阀芯材质;阀门优选气动执行机构,解析气体主管道中的解析气体出口阀门应为气开型,空气吹扫和旁路排空阀门应为气关型;阀门应采取伴热和吹扫措施,且伴热温度应不低于解析气体最高温度.
Through the carbon base catalysis flue gas desulfurization and denitrification system operation condition analysis,the influence of disadvantageous factors such as high temperature,high dust content,high moisture content and high corrosion on the stable operation of analytic gas pipeline valve was investigated.It is concluded that,The V-type ball valve is suitable for the environment of dust and dust bonding in the regenerated gas pipeline,which is beneficial to the flow regulation of the pipeline system;wear resistance,corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of hard alloy are suitable for the valve spool material;the valve is preferably pneumatic actuator;the analytical gas outlet valve in the analytical gas main pipeline should be the open type,and the air purge and bypass exhaust valve should be the closed type;the valve shall be heat tracing and purge,and the heat tracing temperature shall not be lower than the maximum temperature of the analytical gas.
