吡咯和吲哚羧酸的脱羧官能化研究进展

摘要 羧酸类化合物广泛存在于自然界中,是一类重要的有机合成原料和精细化工中间体。近二十年来,关于羧酸类化合物的脱羧和脱羧官能化反应研究取得了长足进展。然而,杂环类羧酸的脱羧和脱羧官能化反应研究非常有限。本文中,将总结吡咯和吲哚羧酸的脱羧和脱羧官能化反应,为此类化合物的深入研究提供理论参考。 Carboxylic acids are important organic synthetic raw materials and fine chemical intermediates,which widely exist in nature.In the past two decades,considerable progress has been made in the study of decarboxylation and dicarboxylic functionalization of carboxylic acids.However,the studies on decarboxylation and dicarboxylic functionalization of heterocyclic carboxylic acids are very limited.In this paper,the decarboxylation and dicarboxylic functionalization of pyrrolyl and indolyl carboxylic acid will be summarized,which will provide theoretical reference for the further study of these compounds.
