摘要
本设计以CRH2型动车组中使用的二极管箝位型单相三电平PWM整流器为研究对象。为了实现单位功率因数、直流侧电压稳定、网侧电流谐波小等控制目标,提出了一种基于瞬态电流控制为电流内环的双闭环控制系统。为了解决多个开关管同时导通或关断带来的中点电压不平衡的问题,采用了具有易于中点电压平衡、方便数字控制等优点的SVPWM中点电压平衡算法。故提出了一种新型的SVPWM和瞬态电流控制相结合的控制策略。通过研究该整流器的工作原理,以及通过仿真深入比较了SPWM和SVPWM这两种调制技术。最后,基于MATLAB/Simulink搭建了整流器的仿真模型以及实验室平台,验证了所提出的基于SVPWM调制技术的中点电压平衡控制策略的正确性和可行。
This design takes the diode-clamped single-phase three-level PWM rectifier used in the CRH2 EMU as the research object.In order to achieve the control objectives of unit power factor,DC side voltage stability and grid side current harmonics,a double closed loop control system based on transient current control is proposed.In order to solve the problem of midpoint voltage imbalance caused by simultaneous turn-on or turn-off of multiple switching tubes,an SVPWM midpoint voltage balancing algorithm with easy midpoint voltage balance and convenient digital control is adopted.Therefore,a new control strategy combining SVPWM and transient current control is proposed.By studying the working principle of the rectifier,and two modulation techniques,SPWM and SVPWM,are deeply compared through simulation.Finally,based on MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation model and laboratory platform of the rectifier are built,and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed midpoint voltage balance control strategy based on SVPWM modulation technology are verified.
