2008—2018年我国患者就医体验调查的研究状况文献计量分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解我国近十年患者体验的研究状况,为进一步研究患者体验提供参考。方法在中国知网、维普、万方三大中文数据库检索并下载关于患者就医体验的文献,根据纳入和排除标准,将符合要求的文献按照年份、期刊分布、基金支持、作者单位、调查内容、等录入EXCEL,应用EXCEL、SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果2015年后文献数量大幅上涨;文献的期刊分布较分散;有基金支持的文献占总发文量的53.3%;作者和研究地域主要集中在重庆、北京、成都等城市。研究人群主要集中在三甲公立医院;患者体验调查内容d的高频词排名前三的是服务、环境、诊疗。结论我国患者就医体验调查总发文量较少,与患者满意度调查相比仍处于起步阶段,从基金支持上看,患者体验调查逐渐受到重视。今后患者体验调查应该扩大研究范围,全方位的了解不同等级和不同地区患者的体验情况,为医院提高医疗服务水平,改善医患关系提供参考。 Objective:To understand the research status of patient experience in China in recent ten years,and provide provide reference for further study of patient experience.Methods:Search and download the literature on patients'medical experience in the three Chinese databases of CNKI,VIP and WANGFANG.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the documents that meet the requirements will be classified according to the year,journal distribution,fund support,author unit and survey content and so on are entered into EXCEL,and EXCEL and SPSS software are applied for statistical analysis.Results:The number of documents increased significantly after 2015;the distribution of journals in the literature was scattered;the literature supported by the funds accounted for 53.3%of the total volume.The authors and research areas are mainly concentrated in cities such as Chongqing,Beijing,and Chengdu.The research population is mainly concentrated in a First-class Comprehensive public hospitals;the top three of the high-frequency words in the patient experience survey are service,environment,and treatment.Conclusion:The total number of papers for medical experience surveys in China is relatively small,and it is still in its infancy compared with patient satisfaction surveys.From the perspective of fund support,patient experience surveys have gradually received attention.In the future,the patient experience survey should expand the scope of research,comprehensively understand the experience of patients at different levels and in different regions,and provide reference for hospitals to improve medical service levels and improve doctor-patient relationship.
