摘要
目的探讨临床采用显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的有效性。方法纳入2014年3月—2018年8月100例三叉神经痛患者,随机分组。传统手术治疗组对于三叉神经痛的患者实施传统手术,显微手术治疗组对于三叉神经痛的患者则实施显微血管减压术。分析三叉神经痛的缓解的平均时间、并分析患者治疗前后的疼痛程度和手术操作的时间,所需要住院的时间,并对比两组相关并发症的发生情况。结果显微手术治疗组VAS痛值评分、生存质量水平、面部麻木、听力降低等的发生率和传统手术治疗组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论三叉神经痛患者实施显微血管减压术的治疗效果确切,其实施可减少相关并发症的发生,并促使患者生活质量得到改善,有效减轻患者痛苦。
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of microvascular decompression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:One hundred patients with trigeminal neuralgia from March 2014 to August 18,2014 were randomized.The traditional surgical treatment group performed traditional surgery on patients with trigeminal neuralgia,and the microsurgery treatment group underwent microvascular decompression for patients with trigeminal neuralgia.The average time of remission of trigeminal neuralgia was analyzed,and the degree of pain before and after treatment and the time of operation were analyzed.The time required for hospitalization was compared,and the incidence of related complications was compared.Results:The incidence of visual analogue scale,QOL score,facial numbness,and hearing loss in the microsurgical group were superior to those in the conventional surgical group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of microvascular decompression in patients with trigeminal neuralgia is effective.The implementation can reduce the occurrence of related complications and improve the quality of life of patients,thus effectively reducing the suffering of patients.
