摘要
在修订国家标准《钨矿石、钼矿石化学分析方法第18部分:铼量测定》(GB/T 14352.18-2010)研究基础上,建立了用氧化镁烧结分解-水提取,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定钨矿石、钼矿石中铼的方法。测定范围为0.05~300μg/g,检出限为0.005μg/g。根据规范要求开展了8个实验室协同参加的准确度实验,统计参数显示,大量测定结果的算术平均值与标准值之间有较好的一致性,测定方法对铼在限定水平的检测偏倚不显著,分析方法精密度满足《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》的要求。
A method for the determination of Re in tungsten ore and molybdenum ore by digesting with MgO sintering-extracted by water,and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established,which for revising the standard GB/T 14352.18—2010 The method for chemical analysis of tungsten ore and molybdenum ore.The determination ranges of Re was 0.05—300μg/g,the detection limit was 0.005μg/g.According to the specifications,eight laboratories participated accuracy tests.Statistical parameters show that there is a good consistency between the arithmetic average value of and the standard value.The measurement method has no significant bias on the detection of Re at the definitive range.The precision of analysis method meets the requirements of the standards for quality management of geological and mineral laboratory testing.
