摘要
以小长径比带隔板装药结构为研究对象,利用AUTODYN有限元软件对带隔板装药爆轰波驱动药型罩进行数值仿真研究。通过隔板与药型罩结构之间的正交优化,得到两者最佳匹配关系。计算表明,装药结构中内置隔板可改变爆轰波传播路径,并产生超压爆轰,提高驱动能力;相比于不带隔板装药,优化后SCJ装药的头部速度提高25.1%、长度提高11%,优化后JPC装药的头部速度提高18.6%,优化后EFP装药的头部速度提高8.8%,长径比提高164.3%。
Based on warhead with small length-diameter ratio,the liner forming process with wave-shaper is studied by AUTODYN finite element software.The best matching relationship between wave-shaper and liner is obtained by orthogonal optimization.Calculations show that,compared with no wave-shaper,the head speed of SCJ charge increased by 25.1%and the length increased by 11%,and the head speed of JPC charge increased by 18.6%,and the head speed of EFP charge increased by 8.8%and the aspect ratio increased by 164.3%.
