摘要
论文介绍了某型舰炮引信测合系统的工作原理。原系统存在着机械结构易损坏和测合误差偏大的问题。论文采用实验的方式找到这两个问题的根源。通过增加启动引导环节改善了机械结构的受力情况,采用参数估算方法对伺服阀的零点漂移实施补偿。试验表明以上改进取得了良好的效果。
The paper illustrates the fundamental of the naval gun detonator altered system.The system has defected such as fragility of mechanical structure and growing error.The paper finds the roots of them based on experiments.It adds leading part for starting to reduce the force of mechanical part.It compensates the zero point moving of servo valve by state observer.The following experiments prove the effects of improvement.
