摘要
目的:观察产前口服戊酸雌二醇片及综合护理对策对产后出血的预防效果。方法:选择2016年8月至2018年7月我院收治的48例待产孕产妇进行分组研究,根据奇偶数法分为对照组(n=24)和实验组(n=24),两组产前均口服戊酸雌二醇片,对照组行常规护理,实验组行综合护理对策,评比两组产后出血量、产后出血发生率及护理满意度。结果:实验组产后出血发生率、产后出血量均比对照组少,且其护理满意度比对照组高,组间差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前口服戊酸雌二醇片联合综合护理对策对预防产后出血,提高护理满意度作用显著,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective:To observe the preventive effect of prenatal oral estradiol valerate tablets and comprehensive nursing strategies on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 48 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to July 1818 were selected for group study.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into control group(n=24)and experimental group(n=24).Before the oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets,the control group received routine care,the experimental group carried out comprehensive nursing strategies,and the two groups of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage rate and nursing satisfaction.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group were less than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal oral estradiol valerate combined with comprehensive nursing strategies has a significant effect on preventing postpartum hemorrhage and improving nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
