摘要
目的:观察庆大霉素鼓室注射治疗单侧梅尼埃病疗效及护理。方法:选取2016年01月至2019年01月我院收治的60例单侧梅尼埃病患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予鼓室注射地塞米松治疗,观察组给予鼓室注射庆大霉素治疗,比较两组临床疗效、前庭症状指数(VSI)、眩晕残障程度(DHI)、恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(90.00%)显著高于对照组(66.67%),P<0.05;治疗后观察组耳鸣情况、听力变化及生活工作能力恢复情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VSI、DHI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显药物不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:庆大霉素鼓室注射治疗单侧梅尼埃病的疗效显著,能够促进患者恢复,同时应做好患者的心理护理和健康教育,有利于提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the curative effect and nursing of gentamicin intratympanic injection on unilateral Meniere disease.Methods:60 patients with unilateral Meniere disease who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given intratympanic injection of dexamethasone,while the observation group was given intratympanic injection of gentamicin.The clinical curative effect,vestibular symptom index(VSI),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),recovery and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(90.00%vs 66.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,tinnitus,hearing changes and recovery of living and work ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VSI and DHI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse drug reactions during treatment period in either group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of gentamycin intratympanic injection is significant on unilateral Meniere disease.It can promote recovery of patients.At the same time,psychological nursing and health education should be well performed on patients,which is beneficial to improve curative effect.
