摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在膀胱癌根治术后应用吉西他滨联合顺铂新辅助化疗中的应用价值。方法:选取收治的100例膀胱癌根治术患者,按照随机数字表达法分为两组:研究组(50例)与对照组(50例)。两组均接受吉西他滨联合顺铂新辅助化疗,同时给予研究组综合护理干预,对比两组临床依从性、中位生存时间、心理、睡眠、生活质量及复发情况。结果:研究组化疗期间临床依从性评分明显高于对照组,患者中位生存时间明显长于对照组,复发转移率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);化疗期间、化疗后3个月时,研究组SAS评分、PSQI明显低于对照组,EORTC QLQ-C30量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理在膀胱癌根治术后应用吉西他滨联合顺铂新辅助化疗中有助于提高患者依从性,降低肿瘤复发率、延长生存时间,同时对患者焦虑情绪的缓解、睡眠质量及生活质量的改善有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in the application of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy after radical resection of bladder cancer.Methods:100 patients with bladder cancer were randomly divided into two groups:study group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).Both groups were treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the study group.The clinical compliance,median survival time,psychology,sleep,quality of life and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical compliance score of the study group during chemotherapy was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the median survival time was significantly longer than that of the control group.The rate of recurrence and metastasis in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).During chemotherapy and 3 months after chemotherapy,the self-ratimg anxiety scale(SAS)score and Pittsburgh sleep quality(PSQI)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the EORTC QLQ-C30 score in the quality of life core questionnaire was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of gemcitabine combined with cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of bladder cancer after radical operation is helpful to improve the compliance of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of tumor,prolong the survival time,and relieve the anxiety of patients at the same time.Quality of sleep and quality of life.
