摘要 针对船舶结构CAD/CAE一体化方案中利用三维几何模型进行有限元网格划分时出现大量过短的壳单元边问题,为优化网格质量,提高建模效率,提出一种有限元网格形态自动优化算法,根据单元节点所属结构连接型式和船舶结构类型,自动批量消除过短的壳单元边,在基于NX定制开发的船舶CAD/CAE模型转换软件中得到验证。 In the CAD/CAE integrated system for ship structure, in order to remove a large number of short shell element edges when using the geometric model of three-dimensional hull structure to automatically generate the finite element mesh, optimize the mesh quality and improve the efficiency of modeling, an automatic optimization algorithm of finite element mesh shape was proposed. According to the structural connection form of element nodes and the type of ship structure, the short element edges of shell elements can be automatically eliminated in batches. It was validated in the ship CAD/CAE model transformation software based on NX customization.
