摘要
地处世界屋脊的高原铁路承担着大量的进出藏旅客运输任务,改善高原铁路站服务质量对于充分利用高原来之不易的铁路资源具有重要意义。结合高原铁路站在旅客运输组织中的特殊性和独特性,从硬件设施、软件配套服务和运营组织效率3个方面,构建多层次、多指标的高原铁路站客运服务质量评价指标体系。在此基础上,建立基于模糊贝叶斯网络的高原铁路站客运服务质量评价模型。以拉萨站客运服务质量评价为案例,验证评价模型的有效性,为改善高原铁路站客运服务质量提供研究依据。
The plateau railway on the roof of the world bears a large number of passenger transport tasks in and out of Tibet. Improving the service quality of passenger stations is of great significance for making full use of the high-quality precious railway resources. Combined with the particularity and uniqueness of plateau railway station in the passenger transport organization, from three aspects of hardware facilities, software supporting services and operation organization efficiency, this paper constructs a multi-level and multi index evaluation system for the passenger transport service quality of plateau railway station. On this basis, the evaluation model of passenger transport service quality of plateau railway station based on Fuzzy Bayesian network is established. Taking the passenger service quality evaluation of Lhasa Railway Station as an example, the validity of the evaluation model is verified, and the research basis for improving the passenger transport service quality of plateau railway station is provided.
