摘要
分析了目前教育科研项目立项评审中存在的问题,运用灰色系统理论和层次分析法,建立了多层次灰色聚类综合评价模型,并通过实例描述了该模型的应用过程与方法,旨在提高项目立项评审的科学性和有效性。
Problems existing in the approval evaluation of educational research projects were analyzed,a multi-level grey clustering comprehensive evaluation model was established by using the grey system theory and analytic hierarchy process,and the application process and method of the model was described through examples,in order to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of project approval evaluation.
