摘要
为研究金属辐射板冬季供热特性,搭建了金属辐射板测试系统实验台。采用改变进水温度以及环境温度的方法,对单块金属辐射板换热能力进行了测试。研究结果表明:进水温度由36℃升高到40℃后,金属辐射板表面平均温度上升了3. 35℃,平均供热量提高了25. 29%;环境温度由18℃升高到22℃后,金属辐射板表面平均温度升高了0. 22℃,平均供热量降低了17. 76%。该金属辐射板冬季供热时,适当提高进水温度,供热效果更佳。
In order to study the heating characteristics of the metal radiant panel in winter,a test bench for the metal radiant panel test system was built. The heat transfer capability of the single metal radiant panel was tested by changing the inlet water temperature and the ambient temperature. The results show that after the inlet water temperature raises from 36 ℃ to 40 ℃,the average surface temperature of the metal radiant panel increases by 3. 35 ℃,the average heat supply increases by 25. 29%;the ambient temperature raises from 18 ℃ to 22 ℃,the average surface temperature of the metal radiant panel increases by 0. 22 ℃,and the average heat supply decreases by 17. 81%. When the metal radiant panel is heated in winter,the inlet water temperature is appropriately increased,the heating effect is better.
