摘要
随着兰州市第四版城市总体规划(2011-2020)的临期以及新一轮国土空间总体规划编制工作的启动,标志着兰州市城镇化建设已进入关键时期。目前兰州市发展正面临"结构转型、提升功能、改善人居、优化环境"等一系列问题,文章首先通过对有机疏散理论的梳理与总结,以及国外相关案例的剖析与研究,结合兰州城市发展实际,以有机疏散理论为指导,对兰州市城市发展提出相关建议与策略。
With the Fourth Edition of Urban Master Planning(2011-2020) of Lanzhou City being expired and the new edition of the master planning of land space being started up, the urbanization construction of Lanzhou City enters a critical period. At present, the development of Lanzhou is facing a series of problems, such as "structural transformation, upgrading functions, improving human settlements and optimizing the environment". Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the theory of organic evacuation as well as the analysis and research of relevant cases abroad, combining with the actual development of Lanzhou City and guided by the theory of organic evacuation, and puts forward relevant suggestions and strategies for the development of Lanzhou City.
