摘要 以徐州卷烟厂易地技改项目新建废水处理站工程为例,通过对老厂区废水处理系统存在问题和废水特点分析,确定工艺选型原则,结合对新型速分生化工艺与传统的接触氧化工艺、膜生物反应器处理工艺调研对比,探索开发一种基于速分生化技术的卷烟厂废水处理与回用系统。结果表明:该系统运行管理简易,仅产生微量污泥,现场无异味,运行成本低,经测算相对于老厂系统每年可节约运行维护总费用约137.5万元,中水回用每年可节约自来水费约76.2万元。 Taking the new wastewater treatment project of Xuzhou cigarette factory as an example,the existing problems and wastewater characteristics of the old wastewater treatment system were analyzed.The paper determines the principles of process selection,introduces the characteristics of the new speed separation biochemical process and the traditional contact oxidation process and the membrane treatment process.The new wastewater treatment and reuse system of cigarette factory based on speed separation biochemical technology is explored and developed.The results showed that the system was simple in operation and management,producing little sludge,odourless on site,and low operation cost.Compared with the old system,1375000 yuan per year of the total cost of operation and maintenance could be saved,and the cost of water could be saved by about 762000 yuan per year for reclaimed water reuse.
