摘要
为了钛铁渣的再利用,以钛铝酸钙、碳化硅、α-Al 2O3微粉、SiO2微粉和V2O5等为原料制备莫来石晶须增强钛铝酸钙-碳化硅复相材料试样,研究热处理温度(1400、1450、1500℃)对试样性能、相组成和显微结构的影响。结果表明:随着烧成温度的增加,体积密度、常温耐压强度增加,显气孔率降低。温度有利于试样的致密化,但是温度越高,试样外部的SiC氧化加重,形成的液相阻碍氧气向试样内部进入,造成较差的颗粒间结合。钛铝酸钙可与SiC氧化产生的SiO2反应生成钙长石,且V2O5的引入促进了莫来石柱状晶的形成与生长。
In order to facilitate the reuse of titanium-iron slag,calcium alumino-titanate(CAT),SiC,α-Al 2O3 powder,silica powder,and V 2O 5 were used as raw materials to prepare mullite whisker reinforced calcium alumino-titanate-SiC composite materials.The effect of the heat treatment temperature(1400,1450,1500℃)on the properties,the phase composition and the microstructure of the specimens was investigated.The results show that as the firing temperature increases,the bulk density and the cold crushing strength increase while the apparent porosity decreases;the high temperature is favorable for the densification of the specimens but the excessive high temperature increases the oxidation of SiC in the outer region of specimens to form liquid phase,which prevents oxygen from entering,resulting in poor particle bonding;CAT reacts with SiO2,the oxidation product of SiC,to form anorthite,and the introduction of V 2O 5 promotes the formation and growth of mullite columnar crystals.
