摘要
【目的/意义】分析微信用户倦怠原因及后果,丰富社交媒体倦怠研究理论,为微信运营商提供理论指导。【方法/过程】以爬取的18034条微博数据为基础,利用LDA主题模型和文本挖掘相关方法得到微信用户倦怠的潜在主题,结合应激源-应变-结果框架提出本文的理论模型。【结果/结论】得到17个微信用户倦怠主题及其重要性排序,提出了微信用户倦怠理论模型,并且得出了微信用户倦怠时间趋势图。本文是探索性研究,还应使用诸如调查问卷等其他方法来验证和解释所提模型变量之间更细致的关系。社交、个人、生活、环境因素是微信用户倦怠的主要原因,其导致外部情绪和内部人格的倦怠情绪,从而使用户产生佛系、印象管理、边界管理、转移等倦怠行为。
【Purpose/significance】To analyze the causes and consequences of WeChat users’ fatigue, enrich the research theory of social media fatigue, and provide theoretical guidance for WeChat operators.【Method/process】Based on the 18,034 microblog data crawled, the LDA topic model and text mining related methods were used to obtain the potential topics of WeChat user fatigue. The theoretical model of this paper was proposed by combining the Stress-Strain-Outcome framework.【Result/conclusion】The results of 17 WeChat users’ fatigue topics and their importance were obtained. The WeChat user fatigue theory model was proposed, and the WeChat user fatigue time trend graph was obtained. Social, personal, life and environmental factors are the main reasons for WeChat users’ fatigue, which leads to external emotions and internal personality fatigue, which leads users to generate Buddhist-style, impression management, border management, transfer, and other fatigue behaviors. This article is an exploratory study. Other methods such as questionnaires should be used to validate and interpret the more detailed relationships between the proposed model variables.
