摘要
针对传统化学改良膨胀土的局限性,以云南某铁路运煤通道作为研究对象,在工程现场提取膨胀土样进行化学改良试验。在试验中将石灰作为掺量完成了对膨胀土的改良,分析了石灰掺量对工程现场膨胀土质的改良稳定性和效率。改良膨胀土试验结果表明,最佳搅拌次数为3次,且含水率应与最优含水率误差保持在4%以内。石灰膨胀土改良路基施工质量控制分析结果表明,在保证含水率较低的条件下可以提升施工效率,并且需要控制养护时间;搅拌次数的增加能够提升石灰掺量的均匀性,并且限定时间范围内通过添加剂量能够提升石灰害掺量;4次重复压实次数内即可显著提升平均压实度,重复次数较多将会降低压实度。云南铁路路基膨胀土改良可通过含水率控制、石灰掺量控制和路基压实度3个方面完成对路基施工质量的控制,确保路基使用中的持久与稳定。
In view of the application limitations of traditional expansive soil improved by chemicals,a coal-handling railway channel in Yunnan Province was chosen as the research object,and the expansive soil samples were extracted at the engineering site for chemical improvement test.In the experiment,the improvement of the expansive soil was completed with lime as mixture,and the effect of lime mixture on improvement stability and efficiency of the expansive soil mass was analyzed.The experimental results show that it is optimal to stir for 3 times,and the error between moisture content and the optimum moisture content should kept within 4%.The results of construction quality control analysis of the improved roadbed of lime expansive soil show that the construction efficiency can be improved under the condition of ensuring low moisture content and controlling the maintenance time,and the increase of the number of stirrings can improve the uniformity of lime mixture,and the addition of dosage within a particular period of time can improve the mixing amount of lime,and also,the average degree of compaction can be significantly increased only by repeating the compaction for 4 times or less,and excessive repetition will reduce the degree of compaction.For the improvement of railway roadbed expansive soil in Yunnan Province,the construction quality control of roadbed can be completed through moisture content control,lime mixture control and roadbed compaction degree to ensure the durability and stability of roadbed in use.
