摘要
习近平新闻舆论观对中国共产党新闻舆论观既有继承又有发展。(1)始终不渝坚持新闻事业党性原则,阐明了党性和人民性"从来都是一致的、统一的"关系。(2)在任何情况下都十分重视新闻舆论工作,就舆论所作出的很多重要论述是此前所没有的。(3)发挥新闻媒体作为党、政府和人民的喉舌功能,由"党媒姓党"谈党媒该当好党和人民的喉舌。(4)坚持以正面宣传为主和重视舆论监督。正面宣传为主,要增强吸引力和感染力,阐明"舆论监督和正面宣传是统一的";要求发挥舆论监督包括互联网监督的作用。(5)始终坚持并体现新闻真实性原则,将真实性比作新闻的生命,要求"根据事实来描述事实,既准确报道个别事实,又从宏观上把握和反映事件或事物的全貌"。(6)遵循新闻传播规律、新兴媒体发展规律、新闻舆论的传播规律、网络传播规律以将新闻舆论工作提至自觉境界。(7)提出"媒体融合"这一理论与实践全新命题。(8)提出展现中国形象与扩大国际传播中的话语权。(9)坚持以高标准进行新闻队伍和优良文风建设。对新闻舆论工作职责使命和新闻舆论工作者角色身份进行准确定位。提出培养"全媒型""专家型"新闻人才。提出"短、实、新"的文风要求。(10)提出创新理念、内容、体裁、形式、方法、手段、业态、体制、机制。
Xi Jinping’s thought of news public opinion has both inherited and developed the original view of the Communist Party of China.(1) Adhere to the Party principle of journalism. Xi Jinping’s innovative development on this issue is to clarify the relationship between the Party and the people,which is "consistent and unified".(2) In all cases,we attach great importance to the work of public opinion. Many of Mr. Xi’s important statements on public opinion have not been made before.(3) To play the function of the news media as the mouthpiece of the Party,the government and the people. Xi Jinping is talking about the party media as the"throat and tongue"of the Party and the people.(4) Adhere to positive publicity-oriented and pay attention to public opinion supervision. Xi called for positive publicity to be the main focus on enhancing attractiveness and appeal,stating that"public opinion supervision and positive publicity are unified".(5) Always adhere to the principle of news authenticity. Mr. Xi demands that"facts should be described according to facts,and that individual facts be accurately reported,but also macro-view of events or things."(6) Follow the law to bring the work of news and public opinion to a conscious state.(7) Put forward a new proposition of the theory and practice of media integration.(8) Put forward the exhibition of China’s image and expand the international communication.(9) Adhere to high standards for the construction of the press team and excellent style of writing. It is proposed to train "all-media"and "expert"news talents. Put forward the "short,real,new"style requirements.(10) Put forward innovative ideas,contents,genres,forms,methods,means,industry,institutions and mechanisms.
