摘要
为了推进"美丽中国"建设,有效落实城市园林废弃物统一收集处理与资源化循环利用,以淮安市为例,介绍了园林废弃物的处置现状和绿色处置方式,从堆制有机肥、生产花木基质、生产有机覆盖物3个方面讨论了园林废弃物的资源化利用,展望了园林废弃物资源化应用前景及效益,指出该项目的建设可有效改善城市环境,提升城市生态文明水平,具有相当高的社会效益和经济效益,建议政府从资金和政策两个方面对园林废弃物处理项目进行支持。
In order to promote the construction of"beautiful China"and effectively implement the unified collection,treatment and recycling of urban garden waste,taking Huai’an City as an example,this paper introduces the current situation and green disposal mode of garden waste,discusses the resource utilization of garden waste from three aspects of composting organic fertilizer,production of flower and wood base material and production of organic mulch.were prospected.and looks forward to the resource application prospect and benefit of garden waste recycling.It is pointed out that the construction of the project can effectively improve the urban environment,enhance the level of urban ecological civilization,and has quite high social and economic benefits.It is suggested that the government support the garden waste treatment project from two aspects of funds and policies.
