摘要
盆底病即盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)引起的慢性便秘是由于盆底结构解剖异常,进而发生功能障碍,以至于引起出口梗阻型便秘或慢传输型便秘的疾病。本研究从经筋理论及以此衍生的针灸刺法方面,结合盆底部解剖结构和传统经络学说,阐述盆底部经筋与盆底功能障碍疾病引起的慢性便秘的关系,探究并提出运用“经筋刺法”通过刺激盆底肌群、增强肌肉力量等论刺治疗盆底功能障碍疾病引起的慢性便秘的价值,以期为针灸治疗盆底病引起的慢性便秘提供新的思路。
Chronic constipation caused by pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)is mainly because of abnormal anatomical structure of the pelvic floor,resulting in muscle dysfunction,which is closed related to outlet obstruction constipation and slow transit constipation.This study explained the relationship between chronic constipation caused by PDF and meridian sinew of pelvic floor,in terms of the meridian sinew theory and acupuncture theory.This study aimed to explore the clinical value of stimulating the pelvic floor muscles to increase muscle strength and treat the chronic constipation on the basis of meridian sinew therapy,thus to provide a new train of thought for the treatment of chronic constipation caused by PFD.
