摘要
粤港澳大湾区建设的实质是在“一国两制”的前提下,在一国之内的区域经济一体化,坚守“一国之本”的前提,最大限度地善用“两制之利”,寻求“两制之和”的叠加效应。“一国两制”是粤港澳大湾区区别于其他国际著名湾区最为显著的特征。澳门应凭借自身条件和优势,结合其他大湾区城市的特点和优势,拓展与大湾区各个城市特定发展方向的合作,实现错位发展,避免不必要的同质化竞争。
GBA is a regional economic integration within one state that to a large extent maximizes‘two systems’advantage,and pursues the best combination on the basis of‘one china two system’.‘One china two system’is the most fundamental characteristics of GBA compared with other famous international Bays,under which context,Macao needs to extend the cooperation with all cities within GBA,and seeks to develop with its own advantage in order to avoid the homogenization competition.
