摘要
目的设计一种临床、家庭适用的胰岛素注射部位轮换定位卡,并验证其在临床中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,将我院收治的长期依赖胰岛素注射的119例糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和试验组(65例)。对照组进行胰岛素注射常规健康教育并指导自我注射,试验组在对照组基础上使用胰岛素注射部位轮换定位卡。比较两组患者的应用效果。结果注射胰岛素12个月,试验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。注射胰岛素12个月,两组的空腹血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白水平均低于入院时,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的完全依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用胰岛素注射部位轮换定位卡能有效降低腹部皮肤不良反应发生率,提高患者掌握胰岛素注射部位轮换方法的能力,从而增强胰岛素注射部位轮换的依从性,提高血糖的控制水平。
Objective To design a clinical and family-applicable insulin injection site rotation location card, and to verify the application effect of card in clinic. Methods By convenient sampling method, 119 diabetic patients of our hospital who had been dependent on insulin injection for a long time were divided into control group(54 cases) and experimental group(65 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group received routine health education of insulin injection and self-injection guidance, and the experimental group used insulin injection site rotation location card on the basis of the control group. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results After 12 months of insulin injection, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). After 12 months of insulin injection, the levels of fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were lower than those at admission, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The complete compliance rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The use of the insulin injection site rotation location card can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of abdomen skin, improve the ability of patients to master the insulin injection site rotation method, so as to enhance the compliance of insulin injection site rotation and improve the control level of blood glucose.
