复方黄柏液涂剂联合CO2激光治疗面部痤疮的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析复方黄柏液涂剂联合CO2激光治疗面部痤疮的临床效果。方法随机选取120例面部痤疮患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方案将其分为观察组、对照A组和对照B组,各40例,观察组用复方黄柏液涂剂联合CO2激光治疗,对照A组单纯使用CO2激光治疗,对照B组用复方黄柏液涂剂治疗。比较三组的临床疗效、复发情况及患者满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照A组和对照B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组与对照B组的治疗总有效率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的复发率显著低于对照A组和对照B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组与对照B组的复发率比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的满意度显著高于对照A组和对照B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A组与对照B组的满意度比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方黄柏液涂剂联合CO2激光治疗面部痤疮效果显著,值得在临床中推广应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound Phellodendron liquid coating combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of facial acne. Methods A total of 120 patients with facial acne were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into observation group, control group A and control group B according to different treatment plans, with40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with compound Phellodendron liquid coating combined with CO2 laser, the control group A was treated with CO2 laser alone, and the control group B was treated with compound Phellodendron liquid coating. The clinical efficacy, recurrence and patients’ satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group A and B, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the group A and group B(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group A and B, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the group A and group B(P>0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group A and B, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the satisfaction between the group A and group B(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound Phellodendron liquid coating combined with CO2 laser is effective in the treatment of facial acne, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
